#3 self-care
i have no clue what font i used for my previous blogposts tbf, so i just copy-pasted it for now lol.
i often struggle with putting my thoughts into words, or well finding the right words, but i've been so overwhelmed lately and also dealing with alot of brainfog.. so i wanted to try it out again (after so long) and write another blogpost in hopes it'll make my mind feel a bit clearer again...
i'm not really sure why i've been feeling so overwhelmed lately... i've pretty much closed my comms for the most part, so i could focus more on myself and personal projects, so shouldn't i be feeling less overwhelmed?
maybe it's because there's so many projects i'm able to do now and i can't choose which one to focus on first haha!
anyways, for now i'll try to focus on just ''existing'' and learning how to rest. i've been ''stuck'' in this ''always working'' mindset for years now and can't remember the last time i had a break to rest or focus on my self / personal projects...
